AG Inspired Cuisine Restaurant has partnered with Niagara Falls Tourism to showcase the authentic, fun, and seasonal flavours of Niagara Falls! Enjoy a unique dining experience set in a candlelit atmosphere that highlights the region’s abundant produce and world-class wines.

Indulge in a three-course prix fixe menu featuring:
• Starter: Chili Lime Brussels with duck confit, Valencia peanuts, and a zesty chili lime dressing
• Entrée: Tenderloin of Pork Saltimboca with black truffle root celery pavé and a crunchy triple cream
• Dessert: “AG” Honey and Icewine Poached Winter Pear served with white chocolate whipped cream, shortcake, cacao, and basil
